Ramblings of a Madman

Ok first I have an Object Desktop upgrade from standalone to ultimate. Originally when I registered it on Impulse i was able to download Theme Manager and it worked very nicely. Just tonight I saw an upgrade for TM so I tried to do so. I received an error saying something to the extent that "this application was not available on this network and a ref #" I ran validate installation and received "this application is not installed correctly". So i uninstalled it thinking it would appear on Impulse as it had done before for download but nothing! No Theme manager to be found. I then ran my OD serial and re-registered it, all was fine registration was accepted still nothing, all the other applications are present so there seems to be only the prob with TM. Please someone tell me what has happened or if there is something simple about all this I'm just not seeing. Hopefully there is a solution to the issue.

Thanks

You could try refreshing your data.... blue icon top left> dropdown menu> Preferences: on the right about halfway down is the 'Reset Data' button.  After you have done this you will probably have to restart Impulse before downloading TM.

I had a similar problem with Fences disappearing after an installation issue and this resolved it.

I had a similar problem with WB7 disappearing, and this solved it for me too.

Resetting the Impulse data should take care of it. I have checked the download and it appears to be working fine now. If you still cannot get it going, send us an email at support@stardock.com so we can help you get it going.
